We have been staying with other friends for awhile, continuing our preparations before heading off.

We were assisted with modifying some of  the door catches as they had about an 8mm play in them. We also constructed a clothesline under the awning and Chris has made a cover for the “A” frame to protect it from the weather.

To get here we travelled about 5km down a dirt road to get to their property. Chris did all the driving being her first time towing this caravan. She towed our last caravan which was longer and heavier.

After the recent rains the road had some corrugations and rivulets which the car and caravan handled without any issues. Very little had moved during the short trip.
