{"id":804,"date":"2020-11-08T12:18:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-08T02:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mykoala.net\/wp\/?p=804"},"modified":"2020-11-15T06:16:13","modified_gmt":"2020-11-14T20:16:13","slug":"bread-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mykoala.net\/wp\/2020\/804\/","title":{"rendered":"Bread 1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>7g packet dry yeast<\/li><li>2 teaspoons Himalayan salt<\/li><li>250g Strong White Flour<\/li><li>250g Plain Wholemeal flour<\/li><li>3 tablespoons mellow olive oil<\/li><li>300ml warm water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together (Yeast, salt, flour).<br>Make a well in the centre, add the wet ingredients (oil and water).<br>Mix with a spatula then your hands until coming away cleanly from the side of the bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes.<br>Mould into a loaf tin pushing into the corners.<br>Leave to rise for 60 minutes.
